During our "Confidence Workout," we use targeted exercises to find the "self-confidence muscle" hidden behind all your limiting beliefs—a muscle that may have weakened from years of disuse.
We will find and strengthen the resources, skills, and talents you already possess but rarely use. You will be amazed to discover just how much is already inside you.
With simple practices, we will begin to strip away the oppressive thoughts that have settled on top of this muscle and understand how they got there. This awareness will empower you to consciously prevent new limiting beliefs from forming, allowing you to build up this mental "muscle" more and more.
In the Self-Confidence Workout, you will:
